How does Connect2Rent work?
Connect2Rent is a direct marketplace connecting property landlords and tenants across Bengaluru, Mysuru, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and top Indian cities. Tenants search verified properties and schedule physical visits directly with owners.
How can I list my property?
Sign up as an Owner, navigate to your Owner Dashboard, and click "List Your Property" to complete our 8-step property creation wizard with multi-photo uploads.
Is registration free for tenants?
Yes! Registration, searching properties, saving favourites, sending enquiries, and requesting visits is 100% free for tenants.
How are properties and owners verified?
Our admin moderation team checks owner ID proof documentation and property address details before issuing the "Verified Property" and "Verified Owner" badges.
How do I contact an owner or schedule a visit?
Click "Contact Owner" or "Schedule Visit" on any property details page. You can select your preferred visit date and time slot.
How can I report a fake listing?
Every property page has a "Report suspicious listing" button. Submissions are investigated immediately by our Admin moderation team.
