1. Platform Overview

Connect2Rent is a 0% brokerage rental marketplace that allows property owners to list flats/houses and tenants to discover and contact landlords directly. We do not charge brokerage fees or act as real estate agents.

2. Account Obligations

Users must provide accurate, truthful details during registration. Property owners guarantee that listed properties are genuine, legally authorized for rent, and accurately described.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

- Owner Plans: Free (2 listings), Basic (₹149/mo - 50 listings), Premium (₹499/mo - Unlimited listings).
- Tenant Plan: Tenant Pass (₹149/mo) unlocks direct owner phone numbers, exact property locations, and direct contact access across India.

4. Zero Brokerage Guarantee

Connect2Rent prohibits any user or third-party agent from demanding brokerage fees on listings posted on our platform.

5. Termination & Moderation

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account or listing that violates our community standards, posts fake properties, or engages in fraudulent behavior.
